UAE Corporate Tax Due Dates

Registration deadlines, return deadlines and payment deadlines for UAE Corporate Tax — by financial year.

UAE Corporate Tax has three deadlines you must track: registration, return filing and payment. Here's how each one works.

Registration deadline

For juridical persons existing before 1 March 2024, the FTA assigned registration deadlines based on the month of trade-licence issuance (regardless of year). All other taxable persons — including new entities — must register within 3 months of incorporation or becoming a taxable person.

Return filing deadline

The Corporate Tax return must be filed within 9 months from the end of the tax period. A financial year ending 31 December 2025 means the return is due by 30 September 2026.

Payment deadline

Any Corporate Tax due is payable by the same 9-month deadline as the return. There are no quarterly advance payments.

Plan cash flow: settle CT and file the return together — both within 9 months of year-end.
